R&R Visual, Inc. offers a full line of explosion proof video inspection services for the petrochemical and other industries. All downhole equipment is listed and labeled for explosion proof operations. Using flame path technology and inert gas pressurization, we are able to inspect pipelines with Class 1, Division 1, Group C & D atmospheres and ATEX Zone 1 and 2. These video cameras coupled with our robotic transports allow or trained operators to inspect jet fuel lines, natural gas pipeline, oil and hydrocarbon transmission line, or any other pipeline with the above stated atmosphere. EX Pan & Tilt Camera System For Pipes And Borehole
These unique cameras allow the operator to point the camera and lighting assembly at the area to be inspected. This provides a very detailed inspection of interior pipe walls, borehole and drilled shaft walls, or any other confined area. The quality of imagery is unsurpassed in the industry. We even have the ability to locate oil sheens floating on water. Camera head is capable of panning a full 360 degrees and rotating a full 360 degrees.

Ex Robotic Transports For Pipeline And Cavities

R&R Visual uses a wide range of different camera transports to inspect pipelines and confined spaces that require an explosion proof rating. These pipeline robotics are wheeled tractors with variable speed controllers. Larger crawlers are steerable for those unique pipelines with bends or hazardous areas a person can not enter. Smaller crawlers are capable of traveling up to 1000 linear feet from a single entry point.

Deep Tunnel Inspection Camera System (EX)
The deep tunnel inspection camera is specifically built and utilized for the inspection of very large diameter subsurface tunnels. We have inspected tunnels up to 300 feet deep, 30 feet in diameter, and 17 miles long. This base system is adapted to meet our customers needs on a per project basis. This system is completely explosion proof for Class 1, Division 1, Group C & D environments.

EX Push Rod Cameras For Small Diameter Pipelines And Boreholes
Push propelled camera are used to inspect small diameter pipelines with extended distances. Pipelines from 2 inch and up, with lateral length up to 500 feet can be inspected with these broadcast quality camera systems. Common uses are jet fuel transmission lines, gas pipelines, propane storage caverns, boreholes, and many others. A unique feature is the self uprighting camera. This allows the picture to always stay upright on the screen even if the camera flips over. This prevents confusion when viewing later.
